Yogurt with Granola and Fresh Berries

Creamy tangy yogurt layered with crunchy honey-toasted granola and bright sweet-tart berries.

5 min1 portions

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt or Greek yogurt · cold, straight from the fridge
  • 1/2 cup granola · store-bought or homemade, any flavor you like
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries · hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • tbsp honey · plus more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract · optional but recommended

Préparation

  1. 1

    Flavor the yogurt

Spoon the yogurt into a bowl or wide glass. Stir in the vanilla extract and about half the honey until just combined — taste and add more honey if you want it sweeter.

  2. 2

    Layer the granola

Spoon the granola evenly over the yogurt. Press it down very lightly so some clusters sink slightly into the yogurt — this keeps some crunchy and some softened.

  3. 3

    Add the berries

Scatter the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the granola, arranging them so the colors show.

  4. 4

    Finish with honey

Drizzle the remaining honey in a thin zigzag over the berries. Serve immediately so the granola stays crisp.
