Yogurt with Fresh Fruit and Honey

Creamy tangy yogurt layered with juicy strawberries, blueberries, and banana, finished with a golden honey drizzle.

10 min2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain whole-milk yogurt · or Greek yogurt for thicker texture
  • 6 strawberries · hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana · sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granola · optional, for crunch

Directions

  1. 1

    Stir the yogurt

Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and stir in the vanilla extract until smooth and evenly combined.

  2. 2

    Prep the fruit

Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and slice the banana into rounds, and rinse the blueberries. Pat everything dry with a paper towel so the yogurt does not water down.

  3. 3

    Divide the yogurt

Divide the vanilla yogurt evenly between two bowls or glasses, spreading it into an even layer.

  4. 4

    Arrange the fruit

Lay the strawberry slices, banana rounds, and blueberries on top of the yogurt. Arrange them in clusters or rows so every color shows.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with honey

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each bowl in a slow zigzag so it pools in the fruit and catches the light.

  6. 6

    Add granola and serve

Scatter granola over the top if using, and serve immediately so it stays crunchy.
