Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets · about 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon · juiced and zested
  • 2 garlic · minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley · chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the grill

Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat, about 400 degrees, and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

  2. 2

    Make the herb mixture

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Coat the fish

Pat the fish fillets completely dry with paper towels, then brush both sides generously with the lemon herb mixture, letting it sit for five minutes.

  4. 4

    Grill the fish

Place the fillets on the hot grill and cook for four to five minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Rest and serve

Transfer the grilled fish to a serving platter, squeeze a little extra fresh lemon juice over the top, and serve immediately.
