Kinmory — Account & Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request account and data deletion for "Kinmory: Family Calendar & Tasks" (com.worldmemory.world_memory_flutter), developed by Worldmemory.
How to delete your account
- In the app (recommended): open Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
- Or email [email protected] from your registered email address, with the subject "Request to delete my Kinmory account", and include your full name to help us verify your identity.
What data will be deleted
- Your personal profile, calendar events, tasks, and email parsing history — that is, all of your personal data.
What we retain
- Only anonymized usage logs, kept for 30 days for security purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
Timeline
- We confirm your deletion request within 2 business days.
- Your data is fully removed from our systems within 7 days of confirmation.
